Transparency and accountability

  • The Foundation is registered with the Ministry of Finance under the financial regulations in force in Lebanon.
  • Financial statements and the annual budget are audited and approved by the board and the general assembly and submitted to the Ministry of Finance every year.
  • The administrative and financial report is submitted to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Interior under the rules applying to non-governmental associations.

How the Foundation is run

    Elects the board every two years.

    Oversees all activities and programmes and approves policies and budgets.

  3. Administrative and technical team

    Accounting, warehouses, projects and archiving.

  4. Programmes and planning team

    Designing activities and following up delivery.

    In local communities and at partners.
