Al-Inmaa Center for Training & Empowerment “Bunyan”

The training and development arm of the Social Development Foundation: a platform combining capacity building, digital transformation, AI and social innovation.

We are not preparing our children for the past we know... but for the future that has not yet taken shape
We don't graduate trainees... we create producers

Why now?

When knowledge became available to everyone in seconds, and AI became able to answer most questions, the question is no longer “how do we teach people more information?” but “what should we develop in them in the first place?”

The centre is not another school that lectures and awards certificates; it is a platform that takes a person from receiving knowledge to producing value from it.

Two names, one identity

“Al-Inmaa Center for Training & Empowerment” is the official name for documents, correspondence and partnerships, and “Bunyan” is its everyday name on social media and marketing materials. Three ascending columns symbolise building people, rising development impact, and integration through community partnerships.

Five main axes

  1. Developing digital skills, digital transformation and AI.
  2. Preparing trainers and community and education leaders.
  3. Developing personal, professional and leadership skills.
  4. Supporting institutions, associations and municipalities in capacity building and institutional change.
  5. Promoting economic and social empowerment of different groups in society.

The “productive training” model in three layers

  1. 1

Training and a graduation project for a real client

Four training bags with two levels each. The graduation project is a real request from an association, municipality or small business, so the trainee leaves with a portfolio, not just a certificate.

  2. 2

Production: a digital agency run by graduates

Outstanding graduates work there under the centre's supervision, offering non-profits platform management, content production and design at symbolic prices; the graduate earns a wage and the centre earns recurring revenue.

  3. 3

Lasting empowerment: from graduate to independent contractor

The most outstanding become micro-entrepreneurs who win their first clients through the centre's network, and some return as assistant trainers, completing the cycle.

Sara's journey: from a jobless graduate to independent

  1. Months 1–2

She joins the social-media bag, and her graduation project is running a real association's page.

  2. Months 3–5

She joins the agency and manages the accounts of 3 organisations for a monthly wage.

  3. After month 6

She builds her own client base and becomes independent.

Four training bags, two levels each

From zero to professional: a complete knowledge and applied path in every bag.

For those who completed attendance and passed the applied project, with the project title stated.

Accredited certificates

Academic accreditation with a university (first priority), local accreditation in the Foundation's name, and technical and international accreditation for TOT.

Academic partnership

We seek an institutional partnership with a university: joint programme design, academic accreditation of certificates in both names, and counting hours within continuing education.

  • Complementarity, not competition: we complete the university's outputs with an applied, skills-based dimension.
  • Academic authority over quality, content and assessment standards.
  • Competence before certificates: a real applied project assessed against published criteria.
  • Measurable impact that can serve as material for scientific research.
  • Gradual growth: one pilot programme proves feasibility before expansion.
Request the academic partnership document
  1. Pilot phase — months 1–6

Sign a memorandum of understanding, accredit one programme as a prototype, and deliver and evaluate one cohort.

  2. Expansion phase — months 7–18

Extend accreditation to a package of programmes, field training for university students, and applied graduation projects.

  3. Institutionalisation — from month 19

Count hours within continuing education, joint applied research, and joint grants.

The first six-month plan

  1. Months 1–2: Foundation and set-up

Approving the structure, equipping the hall, launching digital pages, preparing the QR system and completing the first accreditation partnership.

  2. Month 3: Marketing and attracting audiences

An opening campaign, a free workshop titled “The future of jobs and education in the age of AI”, and visits to schools and associations.

  3. Months 4–6: Training launch and evaluation

Two courses in parallel (AI and soft skills) then TOT, judging graduation projects, the first graduation ceremony and a comprehensive report.
